Have you seen the Youtube video yet?

My Dad constructed this unit completely by hand. EVERYTHING - including the trailer!!!

This image of of the front bottom on the gasifier.

The hole in this image is the lighting port. What the youtube video to see the lighting sequence in action.

Side view of the system - notice the customer controls my dad created to control the air and gas input.

Also notice the big'ole 10,000 Generator - not attached yet but will be very soon.

Here is the front view of the system after lighting the savings - see the youtube video

My dad putting the 'lid' on top. He found that putting a lid on top with the pipe fitting on top helped slightly on performance but mainly
The lid is to keep the rain out. The air is alllow to flow freely through the middle pipe.

Close up of the Wisconsin motor and the new generator - 10,000 watts

Rear image of setup

Last image is of the woodchips used to run the gasifier - these are about 1 inch X 1 inch X 1/2 inch thick

Generator mount is now created and mounts perfectly. My dad had a hard time trying to find a mount for the generator so he
quickly decided to just make is own!!!

Looking Great!!! We are now trying to find a Generator Transfer Switch. There are automated ones but for this application it will
be better to use the manual type.
