 A maintenance agreement is an arrangement between you and EZ-PC Repair Center L.L.C that provides you with complete coverage for all of your systems for a flat rate every month. Once an agreement has been established, you will immediately benefit from:
- Simplified budgeting. You can budget on the same cost of our expertise every month and we will provide projections on any recommended future purchases.
- All-inclusive solutions. You will have access to every service we offer. From a wireless network to a web site, we will take care of your every technology need.
- Telephone support. You and/or your employees will have direct access to a support consultant, regardless of their issue or question. Simply pick up the phone to get a question answered or obtain help with a problem or task.
- Liaison services. We will represent you or your company when speaking to your computers manufacturer, Internet provider, telephone company, and software vendor. This results in better communication and faster problem resolution.
- Periodic audits. We will inspect your technology equipment end-to-end and offer recommendations on how to make your system run more efficiently.
Joining our maintenance plan is simple – just commit to at least one scheduled visit per month. That’s it! This regular check-up ensures all your computers are functioning properly. During our regular visits, we do a thorough check of the following items:
• Verify all Backup systems ( when present ) are functioning properly.
• Run full system hardware diagnostics to find failing hardware before it becomes an issue.
• Check operating system updates and patches as needed.
• Update hardware drivers as required.
• Apply Microsoft Office updates.
• Verify Anti-Virus, anti-spyware and anti-spam software is up to date and functioning properly.
• Defragment hard drives as needed.
• Tune-up and optimize your computer's speed.
Having a regular service visit lowers your overall costs, because we find
small issues and fix them before they become large problems.
